Academic Boosters - MVHS Ed Fund

Academic Boosters Education Fund - Monte Vista Academic Boosters (MVAB) is a parent-led nonprofit, similar to the education funds you may remember from elementary school and middle school. By funding additional class sections each year, we are able to optimize the instructional environment for all learners at MVHS and to continue the robust academic programming at our school. With state education budget shortfalls impacting our schools, supporting our academic programming has never been so critical. Your tax-deductible donation reduces our student to teacher ratio by funding additional class sections at Monte Vista. 

Based on your generosity last year, MVAB was able to fund 20 additional class sections for this year. Your annual contribution to MVAB is critical to supporting academic excellence at Monte Vista High School. Monte Vista needs every family to donate as they are able.

ANNUAL FAMILY DONATIONS: We humbly ask if you could give as you are able once per school year. Donations big or small contribute to the overall success of creating class sections. Our goal is to fund 20 sections every year but due to district budget cuts last year impacting staffing and classes, we would like to fund as many additional class sections as possible for next year. Donations made during this school year will fund additional classes for next school year. The suggested donation is $650 per student (installment payments are available with online donations). To donate by check, place your order now and then mail in your check payable to Monte Vista Academic Boosters with your completed registration invoice to Monte Vista High School to the attention of Monte Vista Academic Boosters.

Please don't pass up the chance to double your donation! Academic Boosters counts on employer matching to fund approximately 1.5 class sections each year. Many businesses in our area have a generous matching gifts policy so we encourage you to check with your employer.
