Donate and Support Red Tie Robotics!
Monte Vista High School’s inclusive and innovative Red Tie Robotics group offers all students the opportunity to learn essential business and marketing skills, develop creative and imagery talents, and gain technical proficiency in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics).
Through Red Tie Robotics, students build not only robots, but also a strong sense of community and teamwork. One of the most critical skills our students learn is leadership. Robotics provides many development and growth opportunities as students learn to manage time, money, and complex projects working towards a common goal.
To participate in this year’s competition, our goal is to raise $50,000.
100% of expenses for the Red Tie Robotics group are funded by parents and generous donors like you!
Your donation pays for:
- Materials and supplies necessary for building and programming robots
- Transportation for students and equipment to competitions and events
- Competition and event registration fees
- Equipment purchases that ensure all students can participate regardless of their economic situation
100% of the coach and mentor time is completely volunteer. In addition to providing their time and expertise to teach students these valuable skills, these parents and community members are some of our top financial supporters as well! Please do your part to show your appreciation for the countless hours they spend volunteering each school year (and over the summer!).
Please consider the following suggested donation amounts:
- Bronze Robotics Donation - $500
- Silver Robotics Donation - $750
- Gold Robotics Donation - $1,000
To spread the cost, you can pay your donation over installments by clicking the box below your donation amount.
If you are unable to donate the full amount, any contribution is encouraged and greatly appreciated. Also, if your company offers a matching contribution, please consider taking advantage of their program. Thank you for supporting the Red Tie Robotics program and investing in the future of our students.
