Payment is required to hold a spot but does not guarantee the ability to attend. The number of students that will be permitted to go on the field trip will be dependent on the number of parent drivers and available seats for students. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, as determined by the order in which payments have been made. If a spot is not available for your student in the end, you will be issued a refund. If your child changes their mind about attending, and it is before the final decision deadline (posted in Google Classroom), you will be issued a refund. If it is after the final decision deadline, then you will not be able to receive a refund, as we have already had to pay a vendor for that spot.
